Well really it should be titled ‘Lost by Saul Bass’ who created the iconic title cards for a bunch of Hitchcock’s films. But yeah, you get the gist.
Music is all wrong for Hitchcock… Should be orchestral, not jazz. Neat though.

in all actuality, lost was previously broadcast on abc about 50 years ago. i wish i could find the trailer for it. the promo/ad thing looked bascially exactly like the preview for the first episdoe of our version of lost

LOST is not written and directed by J J Abrams. He only created the pilot, since then he got nothing to do with this amaizing show…
